The Council of Institutional Investors (CII) is a non-profit, nonpartisan association of corporate, public and union employee benefit funds and endowments. The mission is to be the leading voice for effective corporate governance practices for U.S. companies and strong shareowner rights and protections. The Winter Conference is being held in Washington, D.C from February 27 to March 1, 2017.
