The Oklahoma Public Fund Trustee Education Conference Association (OPFTECA) is a not-for-profit corporation that hosts the annual conference. OPTECA’s Board of Directors includes the Executive Directors of eight of the largest Oklahoma public pension funds. Leadership of the Board is rotated from year to year. This year, the Oklahoma Municipal Retirement Fund is organizing the conference.

The conference will be held in Broken Arrow, OK from October 1-3, 2025. Maya Saxena will be presenting on Thursday, October 2nd. The title of her presentation is “Emerging Securities Litigation Pitfalls and Updates.”
