The National Conference on Public Employee Retirement Systems (NCPERS) is the largest trade association for public sector pension funds, representing approximately 500 funds throughout the United States and Canada. It is a network of public trustees, administrators, public officials and investment professionals who collectively oversee retirement funds for active public servants including firefighters, law enforcement officers, teachers, and other public servants.

The 2025 Financial, Actuarial, and Legislative & Legal Conference (FALL) is being held in Fort Lauderdale, FL from October 26-29, 2025. Lester Hooker will be presenting on Wednesday, October 29th. The title of his presentation is “The Rise of Corporate Governance Cases.”
