Special Counsel Omar Davis will participate on a panel titled “Securities Litigation’s Role in the Correlation Between Corporate Governance & Risk-Adjusted Returns” at the National Council on Teacher Retirement’s (NCTR) 2024 Annual Conference.

NCTR is an independent association dedicated to safeguarding the integrity of public retirement systems in the United States and its territories to which teachers belong and to promoting the rights and benefits of all present and future members of the systems.

The 2024 Annual Conference is being held in Atlanta, GA from October 5-9, 2024. The panel discussion with Omar Davis is on October 5, 2024.
