Saxena White P.A. is pleased to announce that on February 9, 2026, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia appointed the Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System, El Paso Firemen & Policemen Pension Fund, and Teamsters Retirement Pension Plan (collectively, “Pension Funds”) as Lead Plaintiff and Saxena White P.A. as Co-Lead Counsel in the securities class action against Stride, Inc. and certain of its officers and executives.

The action alleges that Stride misled investors about the quality and effectiveness of its educational products and services while concealing inflated enrollment figures, excessive staff cost cuts, compliance failures, and declining enrollments. These misrepresentations caused investors to purchase Stride securities at artificially inflated prices, resulting in losses when the truth emerged.
