Saxena White P.A. is pleased to announce that on April 14, 2026, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas appointed Paul Stroub and William J. Neylan III, in his capacity as Co-Trustee and on behalf of WJ Neylan III, T A Neylan TTEE, Wiliam J Neylan III REV Living TR, U/A 12/5/12 Trust (the Neylan Trust, and together with Paul Stroub, Stroub and Neylan) as Lead Plaintiff and Saxena White P.A. as Lead Counsel in the securities class action against RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (“RCI Hospitality” or the “Company”) and certain of its officers and executives (collectively, “Defendants”).
The action alleges that Defendants misled investors about the accuracy of RCI Hospitality’s financial reporting with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the effectiveness of the Company’s internal controls and procedures, and the Company’s compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Specifically, Defendants failed to disclose that they had engaged in tax fraud, committed bribery to cover up the tax fraud, and understated the legal risks facing the Company. These misrepresentations caused investors to purchase RCI Hospitality securities at artificially inflated prices, resulting in losses when the truth emerged.
