The action alleges that, between February 22, 2024 and July 8, 2025 (the Class Period), Defendants misled investors by failing to disclose that WPP lacked a coherent strategy to transform and simplify WPP Media, causing significant internal disruptions. These disruptions allegedly led to client losses and reduced new business, rendering Defendants’ optimistic statements about WPP’s business, operations, and prospects materially false and misleading.
