- $28.5 million all-cash recovery for Fibrogen in action alleging that the biopharmaceutical company manipulated clinical safety data of its flagship chronic kidney disease drug, Roxadustat.
- Obtained $129 million in new shares for common stock for shareholders of AMC Entertainment in action alleging AMC attempted to improperly override the voting rights of its common stockholders by issuing a new class of equity and rigging the vote to favor the interests of that new equity class.
